Andreea Grecu

Andreea Grecu is a cultural manager and lecturer. Between 1999-2004, then from 2009 onward, she is active on the NGO scene, as member of cultural associations and professional unions in domanis such as theatre, architecture, heritage, documentary film, contemporary dance, creative education and cultural policies (Teatrul Act, EcumEst, UNITER, Proiect DCM, Persona, Docuart, Fundaţia Radu Bogdan, Uniunea Arhitecţilor din România, NEC). Cultural expert, member in the Cultural Mobility committee for the Sibiu - European Cultural Capital 2007 program, president of the expert committee for the National Cultural Fund 2005 program. Between September 2005 - July 2009, she was the first director of the Administration of the National Cultural Fund. Founding member of the Association of Cultural Operators in Romania, evaluating expert, reader at the Bucharest University and trainer in Cultural Formation. Evaluator for Swiss -funded programs (2012, 2014), Norwegian-funded programs (2008, 2009), POSTDRU (2013).
