Corina Cimpoieru

Corina Cimpoieru studied cultural anthropology and is currently the coordinator of the Dance and Performance Archives at the National Dance Centre Bucharest (CNDB). She is interested in dance history and archiving practices. In recent years, she has dedicated her time to discovering lost or unknown private and institutional dance archives in Romania, with the aim of reactivating dance paths for contemporary projects. Her activities include curating projects and exhibitions dedicated to reactivating dance history, editing publications and participating in performance projects.
