Elisabeth Kovtiak
Elisabeth works independently on projects connected with arts, media, culture and non-formal education. Previously employed by the National Center for Contemporary Arts (Minsk, Belarus). MA student at EHU (Vilnius, Lithuania) with a major in Visual Studies (part of the Cultural Studies master program).
